---  Upper right corner of booklet is fold creased (that corner does not lay flat, likely caused by how it was stored).  Upper left corner of back cover has a small tear.  The pages in that upper creased area have some edge creasing and handling soiling to the endpapers.  44 pages. 7-3/8" x 9-3/4".  Covers show other handling wear, spine shows edge creasing, handling creases to covers/pages, other general wear.  The interior pages appear essentially clean, spine staples are not rusted and pages are not loose or detached.
