COOL-GAPFILL™ DT G4 is a new class of thermal interface materials that dispenses like a thermal pad, but performs with characteristics like that of a grease or gel.
COOL-GAPFILL™ DT G4 is o
ptimized to accommodate large areas with different heights of thermal interfacing. It is filled with a modified oxide admixture and is electrically insulating at normal voltage.  It is engineered for large areas and gap filling interface applications. It is designed to have high compressibility and instant flow to enhance thermal transfer from a power device to a heat sink.
COOL-GAPFILL™ DT G4 is tacky on one side for optimum thermal transfer performance. COOL-GAPFILL™ DT G4 has a high thermal conductivity, and the low Tg adhesive imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing.
COOL-GAPFILL™ DT G4 is d
esigned for thermal gap filling of GPU for Xbox360, Playstation, and other game consoles. It is also ideal for bridging the thermal gap for graphic chips and cards in laptops for Asus, Samsung, BenQ, Foxconn and other OEM.

Application Instructions
(1) Cut to desired size and shape. Remove release liner.
(2) Attach tacky side of COOL-GAPFILL™ DT G4 to heatsink.
(3) Clamp with >5 psi for conformal and optimum thermal performance.
COOL-GAPFILL™ DT G4 measures 2.0 x 6.0 inches and can be cut before application to accommodate all applications. There is no guesswork with COOL-GAPFILL™, just performance!
