This California Bighorn was harvested in Southern British Columbia, Canada.  The California Bighorn has a light golden brown color as compared to the Rocky Mountain Bighorn which is chocolate brown.  They are hunted in Oregon, Washington, and B.C., but I am not sure about Northern California anymore.  This is a mature Ram with very nice taxidermy.  The mount is clean, smoke free, and in good condition.  The horns measure 30 2/8" x 29 3/8" around the curls and they were naturally broomed back a couple of inches by the Ram.  The bases are 14 4/8" x 14 2/8" inches around.  This mount will make a beautiful decoration in any home, office, hunting lodge, lake house, lodge homes, cabin, bar, etc...
