Two Frozen Spruce Grouse For Taxidermy

Description

Male and female spruce grouse (frozen). They have been prepped for taxidermy. Breast meat has been filleted through breast incision. Birds are then individually rolled in paper towels and then cellophane and finally placed in a freezer bag. They are packed tightly in an insulated box and frozen. Harvested with .17 caliber pellet gun.
