    Description

    Still suffering the physical after effects of 18 months of captivity by the Germans during WWII, Captain Parks was admitted to Walter Reed in 1954.  This was his out-patient card in 1955.  There is a handwritten notation about an x-ray on the reverse.  Thankfully, he recovered and lived to celebrate his 92nd birthday.
